Your club will identify a “Club Event Coordinator” who will provide all the information and direction you will need before the session.  Your Club Event Coordinator will work with your District Vision Facilitation Chair and District Vision Faciitation Coordinator to outline the expectations of a Club Visioning Event and provide your club with all of the preparation materials necessary to ensure a successful event.
